Gonorrhea risk and some other questions

Hello! Jacob from Malta, gay male who's 18.
38 days ago, I performed oral sex on a gay male who I don't know. He didn't ejaculate into my mouth, not sure about pre-cum but didn't taste it. 5-6 days ago (at day 32-33) I had something in my mouth (behind of my moral teeth, so I couldn't see it what kind of a wound is that. It was extremely painful at took 5 days to heal. (Still not healed completely, I feel some pain, but not too much.)
2 days ago, I had muscle pains, on stomach muscles and both arms.
Here's my questions;
1) Is it possible to see the symptoms after 32-33 days from exposure?
2) I read something on web. "If gonorrhea not tread, It spreads to your muscles, bloodstream and  It causes muscle pains." Can I be "untreated" so soon and if I have Gonorrhea, can my muscle pains be because of Gonorrhea infection?
Thanks and sorry for grammar mistakes, I don't have a good English level.

no, these pains aren't gonorrhea related.

Actually, my question wasn't that.
"Can my muscle pains after 40 days from exposure be because of Gonorrhea infection?"

whether a partner ejaculates or not is meaningless for your std risk. it's the sex act itself that is the risk, not ejaculate. always protect yourself and only have protected sexual contact until you are sure of a partners status.

be seen for your mouth issues to find out what is going on.
