1) Doesn't sound like you can, but the new partner seems more likely. I'd still tell your old one just in case, if it were me. I like to error on the side of safety.
2) Probably not. BV and Gonorrhea can have similar symptoms and so your doctor saying you had BV was probably because of your symptoms. You doctor hadn't actually run a test which came back positive for BV, correct? I'm going to guess no.
3) Probably, that's about the right time frame for Gonorrhea to show symptoms.
