Groin pain generalized to whole body, please help.

Hi, Doctor. I had a one time exposure to a CSW in NYC on Sept21. Condon broke in the end (for about 10-20 sec), I also gave unprotected oral, eject outside.
I had HIV(antibody + p24) at week4 and antibody at week5 all negative. Now, what frustrates me is this:
About 2 weeks after exposure, I start to feel some mild pain (like 1-2 little needles stabbing my skin) in my groin area (feel like around gland area but no obeservable swollen) and genital area. I didn't pay attention at first cuz i was afraid most of HIV. after about a week, I started to feel similar pain in larger area of groin and armpet. Days later the pain slowly generalized to my whole body. near elbow, my whole leg(mostly inner side), around knee, then spreading to fingers and toes. It does not feel like muscle/joint pain. some ache is within the muscle right above my knee, but some happens on my bones. for example, on the back of my hand, on the finger between joints. it's like light electrical palse repeating at one spot for a few times then moved to another location. It is scaring me cuz it's spreading, and happening more often and more intense (still bearable, but really bothers me). My legs have been feeling tired for 4 weeks now.
My doctor did CBC, ANA, STD and Hep B/C tests, all normal. He believes it's my anxiety cuz there is no other proof. He gave me anti-inflammation medicine which i haven't taken yet. I want to find teh root of prob, not masking the pains.
I am very frustrated now cuz I just got married and planning to have kid, but i can't. I am almost certain some virus got into me from that exposure which is contagious, But my doctor can't find the problem.
Doctor, please please help me. up til now, this ache is still spreading (my chest, face now).

Welcome to the STD forum.

I'm not entirely sure what possible STDs concern you.  You seem to understand that the negative tests for HIV rule that out; there is nothing related to HIV going on.  Herpes, maybe (because of your comment about having children)?

Whatever is going on, it is not an STD.  No STD, including herpes or ARS, causes the kinds of symptoms you report. From your description, there is no basis to assume an infection of any kind as the cause, and I doubt this is due to anything you caught during your commercial sex exposure several weeks ago.

No distant online expert can come up with a definite diagnosis, especially when someone has been as extensively evaluated as you have been.  You're going to need to continue to work with your own doctor(s) about the cause and possible treatments.  But you need to put any and all STDs out of your mind.  Neither herpes nor any other STD is a possible explanation.  In any case, this doesn't sound at all serious, and I see no reason whatever that you cannot safely father children.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. Good luck--  HHH, MD

I forgot to say, I have to rash, no fever and no obeservable swollen lymph node. I think I had herpes zoster when I was small (7-8 yr old), with many blisters on my back.
