Burning and itching

I had protected sex with a girl last couple of last week. About  3 or 4 days later I started experiencing burning, tingling and itching in the in my scrotum only left side, now is also in the right side. The itching and the burning sensations are also at the same time. It seemed to go away but has just recently appeared. I did not see any blister (How big are the herpes Blister). After the burning my scrotum skin looks plastic.  My concern is that I shave my parts and the girl  was very lubricate and I don’t know if her fluids on my scrotum skin give me herpes or something. I don’t have any pain on my penis at all.   Can someone tell me what is it?

No I can not tell you what it is. I can tell you that is sounds like it might be a fungial or bacterial infection. Does not sound STD related due to the use of a condom.
