*HELP* STD?

Ok, so for about the past 3 months i have had this redness to my penis head. Small red dots not bumps becasue they are not elevated. They have never blistered and scabed over either. I have also got tested for HIV, Syphilis, Clhyamidia and gohnoria, all turned out negative. Ive read the symptoms for herpes, so does herpes not have to scab? or could this be a yeast infection. I have a little redness around the ring of the head and about 3 little red dots that fade away and come back and are extremely noticable after sex or masterbation. I know now i have to go get tested for herpes since pph did not test for this. But does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

You have to see a Dr, can't say what it is or even could be

Bumps can be many things, instead of just testing I would have a Dr look at it.
