HIV & HEP C

Beginning of August I was in europe and ended up with an African women.
We kissed and masturbated each other.
She was on top of me and started rubbing my penis against her vagina.
Although I nearly climaxed, I stopped her because we where unprotected.
Once she pulled back I noticed some streaks of blood on the sheets and my penis.
She was in the last day of her period.
I washed my hands, took a shower and masturbated (30 min later).

I had all possible STD tests (HIV, HEP C, Syphillis, Herpes 1-2, Clamydia, Gonorrhea
) 1 week after exposure and 4 weeks after exposure.
All results came back negative, except Herpes 1.

We are now at 7 weeks and I have the following sypthoms:
1) Diarrhia for about 6 days around week 3,5
2) Mussle pain around week 3,5.
3) Troat pain around week 4.
4) Skin rash around week 6-7:
on my left cheeck, which looks like rosacea.
Tiny little blood red dots (not bigger as a needle tip) over my body. Not clustered.
bigger red dots (about the size of dime) with with centers (looks like pimpel). Again not clustered.
4) Itching. I have a mild itch around the neck, my arms and and on my legs. My face is the worst.
5) Overall I am more tired as ever.

My temperature stayed constant throughout the entire time.

I believe we can eliminate Gonorrhea and Clamydia as the window periods have passed and the results where negative.
I hope I don't have Syphillis or Herpes, as I would have expected some sympthoms, such as blisters etc...
I am getting pretty worried about HIV in combination with Hep C (because of the itching skin).

My doctor tells me to wait for 3 months (which means another month).
I can not wait another month, as my partner is asking why our sexlive is come to a halt.

Can someone give me some sensible advice, please?
What are my chance,s based on the behavior, to run a serious risk of HIV and/or HEP C.

Serg,

See my post above (and also in the HIV forum).  I have had many of the same symptoms, muscle pain, tiny red dots, pimples (diagnosed at folliculitis) etc.  I was also thinking that it might be a liver thing.  Am going back to the doctor today.    Please report back, I will as well. Hoping its stress related though...

Your chances of either are very slim, and for more info, post in the HIV prevention forum and the hep C prevention forum.

However, something is going on with you, and that needs to be addressed with your doctor before a month passes.  It might be something with your liver - hep C isn't the only thing that can affect the liver.  Lots of non-sexually transmitted things can, too.  It might not be liver, either, but you need to find out.  There are some basic tests your doctor can run.
