I have several questions: First off let me say this, I use heroin on a daily basis & though I have NEVER shared a needle, spoon, cotton or even a bag, I have had unprotected sex. Not with many partners, infact it's usually just one at a time and by unprotected sex I mean a blow job without a condom to actual intercourse w/o a condom. Now I am going to rehab, but before I go, I must take care of this chronic UTI & I must get my HIV status. I was tested approx 3-4 years ago and it was Neg. I have only had unprotected sex w/ 4 people...maybe 3, since then. My WBC count was 2.1 or 2.9 (somewhat low)and the Dr told me this was weird for someone w/ a UTI. I have very little pain during urination, no fever, just frequent urination & smelly cloudy urine. I also have HPV. Is it possible that witha chronic UTi & Tooth infection, that this one time WBC test result is isolated and due to flucuctions in my body's need to fight off what has been virtually a year and 1/2 long UTI and a 1 & 1/2 yr long tooth infection (perhaps longer)? I am getting tested and I will receive treatment for the UTI as well as my addiction. The people I have have practiced unsafe sex with I have known them all for at least 2 years except for 1. Please help, with everything Im going thru now, it could be what keeps me from going completely over the edge...And thank you for your support. PS--30 yr old Female in NYC.
