HIV or MONO?

well i had unprotected sex and later on i got diagnosed with fever swollen lymph nodes saor thraot and fatigue. I went to get checked and it turns out i caught mono. I took some medications and antibiotics and all of the symptomes went away. About a month after the lymph nodes in my neck came back. (not as large) but they came back. Do i still have mono? or is it possibly HIV? or is it normal for lymph nodes to come back? i need answers plz.

Its possible you are having a recurrence of mono, and need to follow up with your doctor promptly. I wouldn't think HIV at all.
