HIV or any other STD fear and advise

I am 40 year male and had possible unprotected expose to a prostitute (due to condom slipped at the end) for about a couple minutes on 012/04/2011. Following are the test results:

From last a couple weeks I suffered from following:
1) Started (12/23) with eye irritation / infection (Went off after a week by using drops prescribed by eye doctor)
2) Taste buds started turning white (12/23) with light white coating on the tongue (Still persist) no pain
3) Slight head ache
4) Slight cold
5) No sour throat
6)small dots on upper lip
7) Feels like fever but no temperature. Body pains, unable to sleep (It's gone after 2 weeks)
8) Tongue has swollen little bit for almost 10 days now. No pain
9) Penile became small all of a sudden with painless small dots (could be due to anxiety) One doctor told that I developed hernia and other mentioned could be due to lack of hormones

Do you think I am suffering from any STD?
Doctors performed lots of tests and everything is negative as of now. I am mainly scared of HIV and any un-curable disease.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think I contracted exactly what they explained in the website.

My symptoms are very similar to it and I still show HIV negative after test performed at 10 months 10 days.

you need to be following up regularly with your dermatologist.

these are not hpv related issues.

I developed angular cheilitis and it getting worse. None of the candida medication making it better.
White tongue is getting better after using hydrogen peroxide based mouth wash.

I am currently suffering from. Increased KP Rash (red pin sized) on back and legs, angular cheilitis, canker sores, penile rash.

Tested negative for standard STDs and HIV after 6 months of encounter.

Any suggestions please? Can HPV  or Candida cause these symptoms?

Can any STD or HIV create dry skin and causing Keratosis Pilaris? I still have white tongue KP and penile inflammation (multiple painless bumps) with redness.

I think the issue I am facing is due to sex working licking my penis and nipples. Can I get HSV or Candida due to that? My nipple swelling started after 2.5 months after the episode.  What could be the reason after getting negative tests at 3 months mark? Did I contract any serious disease with the incident?

Thank you. Right now. I get sporadic headache, ear pain and constant penile fungus, lumps under nipples and hyper-pigmentation rash being developed on whole body and itchy rash on face. Doctors are not able to tell what it is as most of the tests at 3 months are negative.

1) Early stage of "Hairy" leukoplakia
2) Fungus on penis
3) slight pain on right side groin
4) Male hormone imbalance.
5) Dry mouth and spots on upper lips

the risk of a std from a one time,mostly protected encounter is very low.

proper times for testing after an encounter are gonorrhea and chlamydia anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months. Up to you if you feel it's worth repeating some of your testing at more appropriate times or not since it's all been negative and really absolutely nothing you've been experiencing sounds like it's std related at all.
