HPV 15 years ago - still transmissible?

About 15-16 years ago, I was treated for genital warts.  They have never come back, and every single pap smear/gyno exam has been clean.  So now I have two questions:

1)  Can I still transmit the virus to a new partner?

2)  Should I tell prospective partners?

Thanks!

Eli

I've been in a monogamous relationship. He was treated at the same time I was.

Have you had sex within those 15 years or have you been abstinent the entire time?

Sounds like you have "cleared" the virus out of your system. If you had wart right now, yes you should tell a partner.  Sounds like you're fine, you don't have to tell anyone.
