Hello, at 23 I was told i had hpv, at the local community std clinic. I had one small wart next to my genital area. I received treatment for 2 months and was told by the doctor that I would be cured after 1 or two years (no more warts she said) and to always come back for treatment when warts were present. However during the last visit, the doctor applied medication (acid type that burnsAirway burn Burn, blister - close-up Burn, thermal - close-up Burns Burns - resources Eye burning - itching and discharge First degree burn Heartburn Heartburn prevention Minor burn - first aid - series Painful swallowing and scars) on some weird flat scars I have on the side of my leg (i know they are scars i remember burning my self with a hot glue gun) and said not to shave that the warts were spreading. I was puzzed i knew that those were scars but i was 23 at the time and scared, so i said nothing to her and waited for the nurse; asked her to remove the med and explained i had had those scars for 5 years and were burnsAirway burn Burn, blister - close-up Burn, thermal - close-up Burns Burns - resources Eye burning - itching and discharge First degree burn Heartburn Heartburn prevention Minor burn - first aid - series Painful swallowing. I never returned to the clinic again, instead I went to Mexico and got a prescription to medication called CONDIL that the doc said i could auto apply when warts were present. In the last 3 years the warts have reappeared but farther apart and never more than two at a time. I have had the same partner for the past 6 years and as he never showed any physical warts until about 9 months ago when a growth apeared on his belly and seems to be growing, since we are unsure if it is a genital wart we waited to see if it cleared on its own. He refuses to go to the doctor since he was checked many times and nothing was visible, he now wants me to apply medication, so i decided to buy him one for himself(Condil).
I just got some warts too, and the weird thing is that i have only been with one person for 4 years, i was a virgin when i met him, and he doesnt have anything. I had one wart for a while, and suddenly a 3 more of them started coming up. Some one told me that this is called CONDYLOMA, and i heard online that when is genital is called HPV CONDYLOMA. Now, in your situation i would be freaked out. Does this mean that this thing never goes away. I hear there are a lot of medicines for it and treatment, and they say the best treatment is laser removal. However, when you go to YouTube and you look for the word Condyloma a video comes up with some kind of vinegar that will cure you totally from those warts. Condyloma is the name of the virus. Wart is just a description of the actual piece of meat that comes out. lets keep in touch as i am also looking for the best cure. my email is ***@**** send me an email. my name is Nathalie and i'm 21 only.
