HPV vaccine
Why is the vaccine for men only through age 26 in the various recommendations? Is there any downside to getting the vaccination after 26 - would seem it can only help? Would a US doctor be allowed to provide the vaccine?
Okay so there is no harm in asking a doctor for the vaccination even if you are older.

Hi, its best given before they are sexually exposed to the 4 types that it covers. Basicly they already have them. It does have some benifit to older folks who have not yet been exposed. Remember when you were a child and got finger warts? This is one of the HPV strains.
