HPV...am I at risk? please read

Hello,I would like to know if i could have HPV or I'm at risk after this:
I had sex ONE time ( wearing a condom) with a woman that had cervical cancer 1 year ago.The only time we had sex she bleed, that was 15 days ago.
Before we had sex we were kissing and touching each other, she grabbed my penis and I touched her vagina and introduced my fingers  and i had her vaginal fluids on my hand (i did this before playing with my fingers 3 months ago without sex and i don't have nothing on my hands. She was worry about the bleeding and went to see her Doctor, he took some tests and told her she has HPV, i don't know which one yet.
My Questions are:
1) I could have HPV on my hands and get warts because i put my fingers in her vagina?
2) If i have it,I could spread HPV from my hand to other parts of my body or if i touch other people  hands, face ?
3) Even using a condom ,i have some risk to get HPV?
.......(After we had sex, I removed the condom and wiped down some blood from the base of my penis also I took a shower and i saw blood in my groin area such as  my pelvis and pubic hair, those areas the condom didn't cover, and washed the blood away but i saw the blood and water running down my penis)........
4) I could get HPV because the blood/fluids touch the base of my penis  and when i was in the shower washing it the blood/fluids ran down with the water and touch my penis and  my feet? (I read is skin to skin contact) but i don't have any warts or rash.
Please help me out with this, i would like to take some STD's test...I need them?...I know there is not HPV test for men but i would like to know if i have HPV .....what my Doctor could do to test me for HPV?
I'm very worry i never had any STD's and this make me nervous and worry,i tried to start a relationship with this lady and know I'm nervous and after her"news"now sometimes I feel a burning sensation around my penis,i don't know if my mind is making feel this way because I'm nervous,i cant sleep.
Thank you in advance.

The topic of HPV and genital warts is a complex one.  I will try to provide some facts.  For addition information on this most common of STDs, I would suggest search for other HPV- and wart-related Q&A on this site, as well seeking addition information on sites such as the American Social health Association web-site (disclosure, Dr. Handsfield and I are both on the Board of ASHA)..

Your sex partner has been told she has HPV and this concerns you.  It should not.  for better or worse, at present HPV is a "fact of life" and most people have it or will have it at some point in the future.  Despite this fact, only a tiny minority of persons with HPV get the consequences of infection (primarily women and primarily cancer and pre-cancerous lesions).  HPV is the most commonly acquired STD.  Over 85% of sexually active women will have HPV infection at some time in their lives.  The figure for men is less well studied but similar.   In some HPV will cause genital warts, in others it will not cause warts but may lead to changes in PAP smears.  In nearly everyone who gets HPV, warts or otherwise, the infections will resolve by themselves without therapy in 8-24 months.  In a very small minority of women, HPV infection can persist and lead to the pre-cancerous lesions that PAP smears detect and which can then be treated.  For men there is far less risk of any sort.  With this as background, let's address your questions

1.  No. there are over 100 different types of HPV.  the types that infect the genital tract typically do not infect other types of skin such as that of the hands.
2.  See 1 above. No!
3.  Some risk - yes.  condoms do help but are not 100% effective.  That some of her genital secretions =/- blood may have run over your penis does not put you are increased risk however.  More importantly, suppose you did get HPV- so what?  As I mentioned above, these infections are very widespread and, unless they cause a visible problem at some time in the future (at which time you should seek evaluation) there is no reason to worry or alternate practical precaution at present (an HPV vaccine for men is under evaluation).

In my opinion you do not need testing. I am sure that if you look long and hard enough you can find someone who will help you spend your money on testing but it is a waste of time (and money) to do so.  My advice is to consider the information provided, check out the web site mentioned and try to relax.  I hope this will help you to do so.  EWH

Thank you for answering me back.
1) How my Doctor could detect HPV if I'm infect? I know there is not testing for men but i would like to know if I have it. I don't want to wait to see if i get  symptoms or warts.
In the future If I have a new relationship i don't want to infect my girlfriend.
2) As you said condoms are not 100% effective and this woman had cervical cancer a year ago and  she didn't have sex for over 1 year and now has HPV that's why I'm still worry.
3) Also some people wrote here that you can get HPV on the hands after "fingering" and infect other people touching them  or if i insert my fingers in my partner's vagina and get her infect if she doesn't have HPV.

I would like to be clear about this. Please help me.
Thanks

It appears that you did not read my note very clearly or, if you did, you wnat me to repeat myself.  I won't do that and I will not answer further anxiety-driven questions.  As for your three follow-up questions, all of which have either been answered or have answrs available on the web site I suggested:

1.  If you have HPV, it does not mean that you got it from this partner.  If you have ever had sex with any one before, chances are you already have infectin with at least one type of HPV and that infection will resolve itself without therapy or meaningful consequence.  It is for that reason that we recommend against testing.  You have acknowledged that there are not recommended tests for men, then you ask for one.  Does this make any sense?  As I told you, if your anxiety takes you to enough doctors, you might find one soone or later that will perform some sort of test and, if you are really unlucky, the test might be positve and then you can pursue unneeded, potentially expensive and uncomfortable therapy for the results of the test you don't need.  If you have a new realtionship and your partner has ever had sex with anyone else, chances are that she will already have HPV as well.
2.  No change in my answer.
3.  You can believe "some people" or you can believe me.  This is not a debate.

I hope I have been clear about this. If not, perhaps you can find other answers elsewhere.  I have nothing more to say.  EWH

Thank you again for your answers.
You are right i read all the info.and advice you gave me and checked ASHA web site.
I want to thank you for your advise, I believe you and i respect your word.Just I've been anxious about this and seems people are having the wrong information about HPV.
I believe when people realize they could have an illness that doesn't have cure we tend to panic, get anxiety and sometimes we have to hear answers twice to have relief and believe all is fine. Now I'm clear and again thank you for your advice i will try to relax and keep in mind your advice.I really appreciate it.
Thank you.
