I agree 100% with the 4 doctors you have seen. Herpes doesn't behave the way you describe and is not a possible cause of your symptoms and the blood test results prove it isn't the cause of your symptoms. Sounds like a chemical or allergic reaction of some sort, or perhaps a yeast or fungal infection. One or more of your primary care doctors should be able to sort it out, but I cannot.
I'm confused by the statement about a positive HSV swab. I can't even tell whether it came from you or your partner. (Does 'she' refer to your partner or one of the doctors?) Either way, all other evidence is so strongly against herpes that I have to assume you or your partner misunderstood that information. You should clarify it with the doc who did that test.
In any case, put herpes out of your mind as a cause of your symptoms. No chance.

Thank you
Regardless of what your partner has, you don't have infection with either HSV type and your genital symptoms are not due to herpes. If you continue in a sexual relationship with her, there is some risk you will catch genital herpes someday, from either vaginal or anal sex. But that has not happened yet.
Symptoms of herpes vary widely. Read any of several reliable websites for details, such as www.metrokc.gov/health/apu/std, www.ashastd.org, or www.westoverheights.com.
