Hair bumps and not hair bumps

I have had hair bumps on my penis since puberty and they seem to be getting worse. I pluck the hair as not to have a hairy penis but the bumps become more and more noticeable. In addition I have smaller flesh colored bumps around the head of my penis. They resemble the little bumps I have on my nipples and I have had this checked out by a clinic before and they said it’s normal just some have it worse than others. My problem is that they become more prevalent and noticeable over time and I have become increasingly self conscious about them to the point where I hate being naked in light in front of my girlfriend. If these are normal is there anything I can do to remove or at least lessen the appearance.

The bumps around the head of your penis are probably pearly penile papules, and again, totally normal.
You are worrying about this far more than you need to. I promise you that many many men have these.
