Hand job causing HIV or STD?

I did a blunder of my life by visiting a Spa in Mexico but landed to be a sex parlor. The lady gave me a handjob with no condom. We had no sex and no Blow job.

Would this handjob cause any STD or HIV?  After I came she simply wiped with some paper towels. Before we started this she put a hand santizer in her hand as well.

After this episode, I have had some frequent urination and also feel a slight discomfort in my penis tip. No swelling or sores of any kind. Why would the tip of my penis have a slight pain? I did wash it with soap after the episode.

Should I go to my PCP for checkup? I am concerend going to her directly as this is embarassing. It looks my whole life is going to end and have not been sleeping since last 4 days after this has happened.

Your experience is almost the same as mine, with the massage parlor and handjob.
Although I am not experiencing pain while urinating I do feel like going to the bathroom alot although not w/in 10mins. Maybe more frequent than I used to though.
It has been 20days for me and just had urinalysis 3days ago, it came out normal and clear with a Ph 7, I guess its ok but I am feeling fatigue all the time with some minor muscle pain, hope to get some advise also.

I am back. It has been a month but now I still have a sore at the tip of the penis. It hurts when it touches my under garments. In addition I have started having lower stomach cramps and painful stools.

In addition they found blood in my urine samples. While this could be urethritis due to the chemicals in the lotion the lady used for the massage but will this last for a month? I find that the tip of the penis has become whitish in skin color. Is there a possibility of a STD or HIV? Please help....

Irritation can last days. Frequent urination is described at having to go every 5-10 mins and with a STD is usually accompanied with burning when urinating. You had no risk for a STD or HIV.

If soap enters the urethra or bacteria from the cream used for the handjob how long will it last. I can feel slight pain in the top of the urethra?

I did read and it stated no risks with handjobs. But my concern was only the frequent urination and slight pain in the top of my penis. This has been my only sexual activity for months now. So was worried.
Thanks

You cannot get an std from a simple hand job. She did not touch herself prior and therefore could not have gotten any of her bodily fluids in you.  You should read up on std's and how they are transmitted.  Here is a great website for you on std's, how you get them, and how they are treated.
