Hard painful lump

Hi, I'm a 22 female and a couple of days ago I noticed a hard lump under my skin roughly an inch from my bikini line right under my pubic hair, I know for a fact its not an ingrown hair, its slightly painful too. Its around the size on a one penny piece, I'm worried about it because it kinda came out of no where. I doubt its a STI since I'm a Lesbian and been with my g/f for 8 months now, I have no idea what it could be.

Best advice is to see a Dr, bumps can be many things and too difficult to tell you what it could be and being you said your almost positive it's not a STD this really is not the right forum for you then. But like I said see a Dr.
