Have i HIV?

I have recently returned from travelling for 3 months . In my second week of travelling I had unpretected sex. It has now been 60 days since I had unpretected sex and I have begun to experience a slight fever and night sweats. They begun on the plane home were I experienced a chill which has now progressed to night sweats.I dont experience the fever all day usually just at night. I sometimes also have a slight headache. The week before i experienced the chill on the flight I was struggling to focus on things and was lightheaded a lot. I also experienced slight diarrhea in the morning and evening. My leg muscles were also sore for a period of time.I have had no fever or chill up till now just a slight build up of flem in the throat and nose but no coughing or cold as such. I Have booked in for an appointment with my std clinic next month which will be a total of 3 months since i had unpretected sex. Will everything show by then? Im very worried and if you could give me an idea of what I might have it would be very appreciated.

Early HIV symptoms would appear sooner than 60 days.

Everything will show by then.

Initially HIV symptoms are often similar to that of a Flu, from the symptoms you have described it is a possiblility.  Still go to your STD appointment, but you could get checked for HIV quicker than 1 month.  There is national HIV testing centers they usually get you in pretty quickly.
