I'm a 24 year old male. About a year and a half ago I had unprotected sex with a woman I barely knew. I believe she may have been promiscuous. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary for the next six months and then one day I noticed tiny little bumps on the underside of the shaft of my penis extending from the base to about halfway up the shaft. I was told they may be hair follicles and are normal. Then about a month later I noticed what appeared to be fissures or cracks in the skin on the underside of my penis halfway between the head and base of my penis. During this time I also developed swollen inguinal lymph nodes for about 10 weeks. The fissures have remained there over a year now never healing but also never bleeding, oozing pus, nor scabbing over which is why I don't think its herpres. I have to add that I first noticed the fissures while camping. Over the next several months the skin of my shaft extending from around the head to about half way down the underside of my penis including the area where the fissures are became extremely wrinkled, like a prune, and is rough, scaly, and dry. The skin also appears to have lost elasticity and hangs loosely from my shaft. There is so much loose dangling skin (when flaccid) from my shaft that it appears as if I need a second circumcision. I don't understand why the skin is so loose. The only thing I could think of is masturbation, but I didn't think excessive masturbation could stretch out my skin the way it looks now and that doesn't explain the fissures or why the skin is so dry and scaly. The skin extending from the fissures to the base of my penis appears completely normal so there is sharp contrast in the way it looks compared to the skin extending from the head to the fissures. Doc, I am frustrated (yes, I know I should see a doctor and I will) and embarassed about the way my penis looks. I know there is a lot of stuff going on here but if you could give me any advice I would really appreciate it.
