Having weird symptoms. Need help immediately I'm desperate!!!!!

Hi. About 9 months ago I had sex with my girlfriend and she was a "supposed" virgin and when we were having sex the condom broke and we didn't know so we continued. I didn't realize until about 5 or so minutes later and I immediately put a new one on. Around 3 weeks ago I saw a red bump with a little black dot in the middle. I thought nothing of it and ignored it. Just today I noticed it swelling up. Thinking it was a blood blister or something, I popped it and it started bleeding and was oozing puss that looked kind of yellow/beige coloured. Also, About 1 or 2 weeks ago I noticed about 12 little red bumps to the left of my left testicle on my inner thigh and they were itchy, but only when they got irritated from contact. I put cream on them which didn't help. So I left it alone and to this day they are almost gone but still there. Then just a couple days ago I felt something on my butt near my anus that was painful. I looked at it in the mirror and it looked like a zit, roughly the same size. I didn't try to pop it because it hurts too much. So is it weird that some bumps are itchy and others hurt? And aren't the symptoms a little late after exposure to be some sort of std? I haven't experienced severe flu symptoms or diarrhea since the occurrence. My overall question is are these symptoms related to those of any std? Or is It some other sort of disease or skin deformation or something to do with my diet, veins or blood? All help is so greatly greatly GREATLY appreciated. I'm starting to worry a lot. Please no trolling or making fun. I just need a straight up answer. Thank you so much!!!

Skin issues can be many things often not a STD, but you would have to see a Dr for an exam.

By the way, my account says female but I am a male. Don't know why it's like that or how to change it.
