Health risk of working at a massage parlor

I have a friend who works in a massage parlor.  She assures me that she is safe and does not engage in any oral or vaginal sex.  However, she does provide a hand job if the customer wants it.  She says she is very safety conscientious and has thorough sanitation habits.  Taking her at her word, that she only provides hand relief to the customer and that she properly sanitizes, what health risks does she expose herself?
