Help - unexplained situation

So I have had every STD check under the sun but I still seems to be having some problems.

The symptoms are as follows:
slight red rash with gentle cracks on the head of the penis
Undiluted urine that carries a strong odour
Slight pain in the testicles which is constant
Hard to begin peeing and quantity os very reduced

I have had some std test already and while I thought it might be herpes, the blood test came back negative. Some of the doctors felt is might be balanitis. I have been prescribed two types of cream for the head of the penis, and also taken a lot of antibiotics. This has now been like this for like three weeks and its painful. If anyone has any ideas I would be really grateful for your thoughts.

Yeah I think you are right. I am just really worried that it might be herpes. Although that said i have had no blisters or anything like that. The whole thing is so drawn out and it has me really concerned.

Thanks for responding.

I suggest an appointment with a uriologist. Does not seem to be STD related issues.
