Help I'm worried
I reciently found out that my wife cheated on me but we have had unprotected sex since she cheated. Since then I have found small white bumps on my scrotium and base of my penis and one small "zit" at the base as well. The "zit" doesn't hurt exactly but is tender. There is a small itch but not bothersome and as far as I can tell no other symptoms. Does anyone have any Idea what I might have if anything ? I do plan on going to see a doctor but I am worried now. Thanks in advance.

We have been together for almost 8 yrs. and have been having sex pretty much the whole time together. I first noticed these mabe two to three days after we had sex and it turns out about 5-6 days from her affair. Someone had mentioned that it might just be a rash or some kind of irritation from aggressive sex ??
