Help regarding testing.

I am white, late 20s male from United Kingdom. On Friday 8th May 2015, I have a fallen out with my wife which resulted in me getting drunk and having unprotected sex (condom split) with a promiscuous lady on a night out. I asked the lady after sex if she had been tested for STDs/HIV recently, she said "yes all negative 2 weeks ago but I have had unprotected sex with another guy since then". Also I have no signs of STDs/HIV.

Today Monday, 11 May 2015, I got back with my wife and confessed all. I brought the following home test kits,

*HIV saliva test kit
*Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea test kit
* Syphilis test kit

Question

1- When should I conduct the above tests?
2 - Are the tests required?
3 - What is my risk out of 10?
4- Should I be worried?

I have no knowledge about those home test kits other than HIV so can't advise on those.

I have received all my rapid STD home testing kits through the post today.

*HIV saliva test kit (results in 15 mins)
*Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea rapid home test swab kit (results in 15 mins)
* Syphilis rapid home test kit blood (results in 15 mins)

The kits have a average accuracy and reliability of 99%.

It has been 10 days since the incident. I have no visual indication of a STD and I have used several urine urinalysis dipsticks over the last week, all normal, no indication of urethral STD.

When should I use the kits?

Also I have a appointment booked at the GUM clinic at 4 weeks.
