I'm not sure where you could get tested in Spain, the most commonCommon cold cause of genital ulceration is genital herpes. I'm not saying you have HSV, but when you find out where to go, get this checked out as soon as possible. You can have a viral culture done for HSV, which is more accurate than the blood test. However, once the blisters start healing, the greater the chance of having a false negative.
