If you have bleeding gums, you need to see your dentist, and it might be wise to avoid oral sex until they get better.

I have recieved first dose for hepatitis B vaccine ; will recieve second one in a week's time. BTW i have bleeding gums...

Protected intercourse will prevent Hep B transmission, and its said that condoms aren't 100% because they do break and can come off.
There is very little, if any, risk from unprotected oral sex.
Have you been vaccinated for hep b? That would be my #1 recommendation. You can see your doctor about that, or even an std clinic.
If you are in the US, then check with your local health dept as well. If you aren't sure if you've been vaccinated (you might have been as a child), then a simple blood test will show whether you have been.
