Hepatitis symptoms and Oral sex

I apologise for the question. I have suffered from anxiety in the past re STD/HIV etc. On your advice I have tried to calm down on this and to date have been pretty good. I have however developed symptoms about 3 weeks after unprotected oral sex . The symptoms are very consistent with Hepatitis including Fever 39.0 degrees and dark urine for quite a few days. I was feeling very lethargic etc leading up to the fever. I know I have had a vaccination of A and I think ( but need to check )B. I did see a doctor who said it was probably viral and has given me tablets to reduce fever. II have had some stomach pain as well. I have no other specific STD symptoms
Could you give me advice. Logically if it is not STD then it leaves other options
1. Would I show these symptoms 2-3 weeks after the event if it was Hep related/ or would it take longer?
