Hey King, although not qualified to answer your question, I do believe that those aren't signs of herpes. If you take a look at all the pictures (ie. Google, yahoo images etc), they resemble nothing of that sort.

Your pimple was most likely just that....a pimple.
HSV has blistering lesions that are painfulPainful menstrual periods to touch and quite noticeable. You would not have a little pimple here or there. Believe me! You may just have an ingrown hair or a simple pimple or hair follicle that is infected from oil from your skin. Do not be overtly concerned.
