Herpes, rimming and oral sex

Hello!
I have some painful bumps around my anus, and I just diagnosed with Herpes yesterday, and already started my treatment with Valtrex. My penis, testicles and mouth are completely clean.
My partner doesn't have Herpes and we want to keep it that way.
I know that Herpes is more contagious when having an outbreak, so we won't have any sexual activity when I'm having an outbreak.
We'll continue the use of condoms for anal sex as well.
However, I want to know the risk of oral sex when I'm NOT having any outbreak.
Can I pass herpes to him by kissing, rimming or performing oral sex to him?
Can he get herpes if he does the same things to me?
