Welcome to the Forum. Herpes infections are transmitted by direct contact. Thus if your partner has genital herpes and you perform oral sex on her, there is a small risk for acquiring oral infection because that is what was in contact with her possible site of infection (i.e. your mouth on her genitals).  If her genital herpes is due to HSV-1, the likelihood of transmission is very, very low, particularly if she does not have lesions since there is less shedding of the virus among persons with genital HSV-1 than for those with genital HSV-2.  Were you to become infected, the manifestation of infection you would be most likely to experience would be a cold sore.

Personally, I would not be too worried about getting oral herpes from performance of oral sex on a partner with genital HSV-1. EWH

Correct, receipt of oral sex form a partner with genital herpes does not put you at risk for acquring genital herpes unless she also has oral herpes.  EWH
