Herpes exposure - Grace

4 years ago i received a fellatio (less then one minute) from a woman who had a sore on her chin at that time. No sores on her lips.
Since this episode I had never genital symptoms but i developed cold sores twice on my lips. (don´t remember if I had it before)
Recently I made blood tests and the result was: IGG positive for hsv-1 and negative for hsv-2.

Since there is no contact between the chin and the penis during the fellatio, and due to lack of genital symptoms during 4 years and also obvious cold sores twice what do you think about the possibility of a genital hsv-1 infection?
Thank You

You are more likely to contract hsv1 orally than genitally.  You've never had genital symptoms but you have had oral symptoms. It's likely that your hsv1 is oral only.

I guess it's a possibility, but probably quite low.  Unless you have an outbreak, I don't think theres anyway to know.  Personally, I wouldn't worry about it.
