Herpes or Chlamydia or Gonorrhea?

I had an unprotected intercourse with someone who is asymptomatic, 3 days after, i felt a sting in my genitals making me very worried because the spot of the sting suddenly turned big like a skin lesion though i did not notice it turned to a blister or bump. 3 weeks after I already consulted a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with herpes although there was no swabbing done. I was prescribed with acyclovir 200mg for 5 days although after the 5th day, there were no difference and the lesions still appear as if i wasnt taking any medication. Now is my 4th week of having it and i noticed some white thick discharges at the tip of my penis. What is this? Can Herpes and Gonorrhea occur at the same time or I was just misdiagnosed?  Thanks for clearing this up and I am so much worried about this.

You are going to have to go back to the Dr for some testing. Right now we would just be guessing what this is or that is. I will say to have white discharge 4 weeks after exposure is not going to be gonorrhea or chlamydia.

Asymptomatic means without symptoms, you don't know if this person has a STD do you?
