Herpes or HIV due to Finger in Anus

I went to a massage therapist who as part of the massage put his finger in my anus. The first time I was so surprised I didn't do anything, then he did and again and I asked him to stop.  After that the massage stopped.  Since then I've been so terrified I've contacted HIV or an STD like Herpes.  I asked him to show me his finger and it looked fine, but maybe he had cuts on the microscopic level?  Or I know Herpes cannot be seen.  I've been in a committed relationship my whole life but am afraid to touch my partner now for fear of infecting him.  How serious is the risk?  How long do I have to wait to get tested for everything?  I'm so scarred its hard to think or sleep.  Please help.

No chance of HIV from that act. Theoretical chance of another STD, but almost so remote not even worth thinking about.
