Herpes or ingrown hair?

Had unprotected sex with someone ive know for a while, not a total random, the hours leading up to it i did clip my pubic hair, not straight to the skin but quite clean, to my knowledge she IS clean and i dont want to go asking her incase im just being anxious (its happened before in the past, history of anxiety) wondering if this is herpes or just an ingrown hair?

This happened on saturday and these ingrown hairs or herpes? showed up Tues-Wed. Also had a bad headache upon waking up on tues-wednesday if thats related lol

I did "pop" them and white liquid came out, not yellow at all and also some blood, one of them feels like it has pus deep in the skin, not ready to be popped, kind of like the ones you get on your face which are swollen and have no head but u can feel it raising the skin.

Its not itchy what so ever, just hurts if i press against them or put pressure.

Photos here.

Just 1 sore that i could "pop" that showed clear liquid + blood, no other sores or lesions have popped up, i think im just having a bout of anxiety, lol as they both seem to have cleared up significantly and no one would be able to notice them if i even showed.

But other peoples opinions to ease my worrys would be nice, lol.

If your having clear liquid sores in your genital area that hurt it may be herpes but from what your describing it would appear more of an irritation from trimming your pubic area as the short hairs can cause an irritation.

By white i meant clear, not white pus.

Hi, herpes do not contain white liquid but clear so this would not appear as herpes but only testing would confirm if you have herpes.
