Herpes seems unlikely. "Pimple-like" usually isn't herpes; herpes starts with a very red spot that turns into a superficial blister, and only then becomes pimple-like. Although herpes recurs in the same general area (e.g., left side of penile shaft), it generally does not reappear as a single lesion in exactly the same spot. The location you describe is atypical for hepres. Finally, herpes generally doesn't leave a scar. My guess is that you have a sebaceous cyst that gets inflamed periodically, or folliculitis. See a health care provider next time the lesion flares up.

For over 3 months (continuosly), i'm having a tingiling, itching, in my genital area. The skin is sensitive and is red, and sometimes it becomes sore!!! and i do have 2 tiny bumps , but i never seen any blister!!!! Can these be herpes???? And there is another thing, my skin in the whole body is more sensitive, even if i scratch very soft it becomes very red, but it goes after a few minutes!!! and also my hands become like prunes for only 1 minute in the water???? So can you please give me some advise of what can this be?????
