Herpes related or not

Kelley: Hello I've been experiencing pain in the penis which feels like burning sensations. I've had an oral encounter 3 months ago and don't know if it is this or stress related as I have bad anxiety. I've never had anal sex or vaginal sex. The pain has been here for about a month. Then I experience some pelvic pain. There are no bumps on my penis. The pain mostly is around the foreskin region and sometimes the side of the penis but not often. I do not hAve pain while urinating. I've tested for hiv, chlymadia and gonorrhea and it came back negative. I've had a couple urine tests done and it's normal.

Is anyone there to give me advice? I had a bloodtest that tested for the specific herpes virus. I had both of them done and it was negative. However one exposure I had has been 3 months while another has been 1 month. How likely is it that it is something else?

The symptoms as of right now are barely noticeable. I took some amoxicillin that I have and it did reduce the pain somewhat. That was last night. What does this suggest?

No but I have an appointment for that within a week. Is that likely what it is?
