Herpes worries

2 months ago had drunken unprotected sex for minute before realizing what i was doing and stopping. A week later a friend told me he heard woman slept around and might have herpes. Quickly got very anxious, itchiness and tingling started soon after. Began obsessive checking behaviour for few days, before finding what i thought were blisters, went to std clinic. Told not herpes, normal anatomy, passed all other tests. Anxiety continued, pain in penis if touched, but unable to localize week and half went to see family doctor, told again I was fine, no herpes. Left trying to forget about. That week felt, itching, tingling after peed, later saw cluster of red bumps on penis head, pressure in testicles, abdomen and prostate. went to student clinic, told not herpes, returned to GP, told again not herpes. Left again trying to forget, bumps went away in 2 days so GP could not see anything. Later that week penis hurt, gone after 2 days then leg pain and back pain for couple days, more red bumps on penis, again leaving in 2 days, go back to GP, again they are gone so can't see anything. dude your the reason insurance is soo expensive.  you go to the doctor too much.

the only way to clear anything up is to get a IGG blood test.
it does not seem like you have herpes, however.

Forgot to mention, that I am 24 years old, no unprotected sex before, except for 4 year monogamous relationship. Have had a yeast infection before as I am uncircumsized, bumps appeared similar to that time, however they did not come and go so quickly. I also can barely call them bumps as they were slightly raised above the skin no greater then 2mm, not similar to pimple, Dr's dont even want to swab yet can't explain to me.

ikelihood from one exposure very low, don't have herpes, no need for further testing. This week, red patch on penis head , fading slowly over last 2 days. No lesions or ulceration. I am wondering if I have damaged the glans, because every time they appear I get anxious again. I understand that my symptoms don't seem to fit in with the typical herpes descriptions. That is I have had all the symptoms except classic overtly recognized lesions. I understand the other symptoms may have been psychosomatic, is it possible to have those symptoms without classic presentation of herpetic blisters? Second what else could these bumps/marks be? Irritation from my checking behaviours that have lasted some times 3-4 hours a day? I am very anxious and upset, living in Canada, no easy access to herpes blood test, must pay privately, should I do it? Lost and don't no what to do. Doctors think I need counselling, I don't have herpes yet I feel that they expect it to present typically whereas I understand from my research that is not the case. Any ides or suggestins?
