Herpes?????

Hi Doctor,
Ten days after having genital rubbing with a street worker, all of the sudden I noticed this painful blister on my penis. It was very small, maybe 3cm and was not perfect circle. There was also red irritated skin around blister. I had not noticed this the previous day or early that same day, since I've been checking for any signs of blisters every day. Oh and the blister was only painful when I directly touched it with my finger. No pain when running, walking, or sitting.
Anyway, three days after I noticed this blister, it began to get smaller and smaller and pain began to disappear.
Now 7 days after I noticed the blister, the blister seems to have gotten smaller and less reddish around it. It is only very slight painful when I pinch the blister with my finger.
There are no signs of scabs, nothing.
1. Could this be a sign of herpes 10 days after having genital rubbing?
2. Does herpes always presents itself as one blister?
3. Does herpes always heals with scab?
4. If I have herpes, whats the prognosis? Will herpes affect my life expectancy?
