How soon does backpain symptom occur?

10 days ago, received unprotected oral from prostitute in macau
9 days ago, started to itch down there.. but based on research and user feedbacks, it was not STD related
3 days ago, received unprotected oral from my GirlFriend..
yesterday she started getting back pains..
she still complains of back pains today..

now, what i know so far is Chlamydia can cause backpain in women.. but i cant find info on how soon it can manifest... can that symptom come up within around a day of infection? and could i have given her that?

im soo concerned for her.
