How unsafe is mild oral sex?

Hello, this past month I met up with a guy and we engaged in some sexual activity. It never got too intense; I really like to play it safe. He was a nurse and assured me that he was tested and all of his results were negative. I was tested recently as well after a huge scare and my results, too, came negative. We made out and we both performed unprotected oral sex on one another. I gave him oral sex, but never felt like his penis secreted any fluid. I guess, my question is, although I know no form of unprotected sex is really safe, how much fluid must his penis secrete while in my mouth for me to be at risk of contracting an STD vial oral sex? Once again, I'm not the type to wait for the man to ejaculate in my mouth. Thank you!

I also plan to get retested just to have peace of mind, but how long should I wait to get retested? My last encounter with him was a couple of days ago.

If there was a magic number as to how much to come out of the penis how would you even know?

Your risk was low for STD's, no major reason to test. If you must then gonorrhea throat swab-5 days is fine. syphilis-6 weeks blood tests, 3 month herpes blood test.

Lastly, I made an appointment with a physician for this week, and I want to consult her about my concerns and to see if I can do an std blood-test panel. How should I go about this. Are there ways for a primary physician to detect an std via cotton swabs or other tools in their immediate arsenal? Thanks once again!
