I dont know if this is a form of herpes?

I was at a party this weekend and didn't have any intercourse but I did kiss one girl. The next morning I woke up with a bump on the back of my tongue on the far right side. At first I thought had something to do with my braces but my breath was warmer than it should be. Today I have three more bumps in the back of my tongue and my throat moderately sore and tight. Do you have any idea what it could be.

You wouldn't get symptoms of herpes for at least a couple of days.
