I have Shiny red spots on the head shins like bright red plastic

I have  Shiny red spots on the head  smaller ones on the shaft . When it gets wet from taken a shower it shins like bright red plastic ,  i have been tested for every std and was told i did not have anything  ..  i have been told it may be a fungus ..  so they put mye on anti fungus  meds  no effect ...  i  also had someone  give me a blow job a few months later  is when it showed up on me  ..  I have found  that it spred also ...  I have seen 3 doctors  and no one  can tel me what it is . I have tired  everything  to get it to go away  and been tested  for everything ...  I do have herpes  my sons monther gave that  to me..  but i know its not that  the doct told me .. then  i was told it was skin irritation ..  tried hydroquinone cream that  did nothing  ....  any ideas  i can't keep going to doctors and get no answers and my stress  is threw the roof now ..  HELP
