I have a pimple on my the bottom of my penis
I actually popped like a regualer pimple and i'm not sure what it is..

Ok so I looking into the pictures of folliculitis and I didn't realized this but I had it on my side about a week to 2 weeks ago and I just thought they were pimples I believe what I did was transferred it to where it is now so thank you for your help..
Yeah I really didn't mean to pop it b/c I just sqeezed on it alittle bit and it went.. I don't have health insurance but I got a full check up about 3 weeks at a free clinic and I came up negitive for everything and I haven't been anybody since..
you shouldn't be popping anything done yonder it could be anything and you could spread it.... you should see your health care provider this could be any thing from a "Pimple" to folliculitis... but if you've had unprotected sex this could be related to an STD and you should consider a full STD panel.
