I have a white pimple by my anus

I have a white pimple thats on my anus on the outside close to the actual hole. I don't have or have never had anal sex. It starting as a burning sensation during my showers and now the burn has gone away, but the bump didn't and looks like a white pimple. Is this hemmoroids (hemorrhoids)? I have used public bathrooms within the past few months as I traveled quite a bit and used them at the airport. I'm always so cautious and try to use extra paper on the toilet.
