Hello, I'm a 40 yr old married male, and I have had oral sex with other guys in the past. About four or five days ago I started feeling a burning sensation when I urinate, but two days ago I got an infection on both of my eyes, they are very red and it appears to be conjuntivitis or some infection. could this be related to an STD infection?

You may have adenovirus type 19; see the comment I just posted today in "How Long Till" posted by JohnDoe345. Yes, it often is sexually acquired. Herpes is less likely than I suggested for him; adenovirus is often bilateral but herpes rarely is. But it's a possibility. However, you could have two separate problems; your urethral discharge in particular needs to be examined and you may need antibiotic therapy.
