I have dry patches on penis

I had sex with a female back in December 2014, I had a condom on but it broke. Before I had sex wth her my penis after sex would always be irritated like I may have a small cut on skin slightly past the neck of my penis and they would go away I assumed they came from just being to rough and it enough  lubercation, also I sometimes have a slight straining feeling in my testicles like if I sit a certain way to long and my vas deferences feel like they are harder or more solid . But after have sex with this female, like a week or 2 later I had woke up with a discharge in my underwear and I have 2 dark lines on my skin right under neck of penis about a little smaller than a half a inch in the right and left of my penis and they don't itch or hurt they just get real dry. I went to my local clinic about 3 times the first time I was tested for everything Results came back negative but I was still treated for chlamiydia. But I was still having problems so I went back the second time and was treated for gonorrhae and problems still occurred like a very slight clear discharge and the 2 dark spots are still there  so the third time I went everything came back negative and I was treated for trichomonaisis and all these treatments were one dosage. So after the problems still occurred I went to my personal docotor and told him the problems  he gave me medicine for chlamiydia and trichomonaisis a weeks dosage. I took that I suppose to meet with him in like a month. After taking that medicine I just feel like I have to pee more often I use to have a slight burning sensation but I don't really have that unless I feel it alil sometimes after smoking marijuana. But I have to pee more and the slight clear discharge is still there sometimes the 2 dark marks are still there but now on the right side of my penis head the skin has slight welted up and is a little rough more rough than it should be. I know this is a lot but I would highly appreciate it if someone could just point me in a direction of what it is that is wrong and how can I fix it. I'm only 19 and I want to have kids one day I feel like this could interfere with my future. Thank you

That's what I thought, I don't understand why it's not showing up on test but do you think seeing my personal doctor is good enough or should I set a appointment up with a urologist ?

Not sure of they would have looked for anything else or not. But seems like some kind of bacteria.

Hey thanks for commenting but I had the swab done 2 times but I'm guess they were looking for chlamiydia and they said they didn't find anything or see anything

You should have a swab done and find out what bacteria is causing the discharge. But you will have to wait about 3 weeks after last dosage of medication.
