I have some red bumps on the back of my hands

about 2.5 months ago I received oral from an escort. I was pee tested and all that came back clean. I never saw any kind of chancre on my genital. Now I am worried that I should go back and get tested for syph, because I have about 4 of what I first thought were in grown hairs on the back of my hand, but with bigger than usual red circles around. Then I have one on the back of my left hand, on one my right foot.

Does this sound like syph? Is it possible to have syph with a chancre?

these don't sound at all like syphilis symptoms. be seen and get them looked at so you can properly treat them.

you are very unlikely to contract syphilis from receiving oral sex.

Correction: Is it possible to have syph without a chancre?

Also it was unprotected oral.
