I have some worries

i am a male and have had warts for not even a year. it really sucks and is always in the back of my mind. i have been scared to even be in a relationship.
1. can hpv be transmitted through kissing? and can they be in your mouth?
2. will it ever go away for good? or will there ever be a time were it cant be transmitted?
i am always worried. i just need answers.
