These tiny dots are around the meatus under the skin. the are on the glans. i am 14 years old and have never had sex. but i do mastubate (somtimes). I get some irritation rarely at tip of penis. i have bben to see a doctor twice but i dont think they noticed them. i'm quite worried, could it be penile cancer? PLEASE HELP! :(

These are probably something normal going on like fordyce spots or pearly papules.

it's incredibly unlikely to be cancer dear.

Do you use a lube when you masturbate? It's well worth using a good lube - not a cream or lotion around the house. Trust me - mom will understand if she finds some astroglide in your dresser drawer  - she'll be relieved it's not condoms :)

No, i do not use lube and never have. I wish i had the courage to walk into a shop and buy some. but i just can't because i'll know what they'll be thinking. By the way these tiny dots around the meatus under the skin are alot like PPP. my mom would probaly freak out if she a condom in my room. she loves snooping through my stuff when i'm at school.
