I haven't had unprotected sex in 4 years.

I'm a male, Heterosexual .
I find myself having headaches(worse in the mornings), chest pains, (unwanted) Weight Loss primarily in my face (lower jaw)
  I look tired...dead looking.
Almost like i have cancer or something.
I sometimes get abdominal pains also.

4 years or so ago i thought i had std/ or aids..cause i use to mess around with this woman (having unprotected sex)
I was too scared to find out... 3 Years later..i had a cold / flu that lasted 3 weeks or more..maybe longer..
So i went to the doctor ..i took one of those rapidtest h.i.v. test..

so all i know is i don't have H.I.V.  the test results was negative..

but i've always had bad teeth so it could be dental problems that causing headaches and chestpain

or an STD?
but i don't have any extreme itching, or painful discharge or anything like that..

I'm not sure whats wrong..and i don't have alot of money to spend on DOCTOR VISITS.

whats the best route to go?

If you don't have insurance, call your local health dept and ask what services they offer for those who need medical care but don't have insurance and can't afford to pay on their own.  They probably have dental clinics, too.

This doesn't sound at all like an std.

Your symptoms don`t sound like any STD.Did you discuss your symptoms with your Doctor or just ask him or her for an HIV test ? Sounds like you need a futher evaluation. Take care
